  • BloomAI reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6. Client Terms

  • Staffing requests submitted through this website are non-binding enquiries.
  • Actual staffing engagements, rates, and deliverables are governed by separate commercial contracts negotiated between BloomAI and the client organisation.
  • BloomAI does not guarantee the availability of candidates matching specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

  • BloomAI Services B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed EUR 500.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • Job listing information is provided as-is. BloomAI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of published positions.
